Haul-ish (mostly e.l.f. products!)

I have a few posts I'm going to be posting today. I'm going to apologize now for the bad picture quality, I'm working on it :)

Okay, so yesterday I did a little shopping. Yay, I know. I picked up a few shirts and a pair of pants from Maurice's and Old Navy, but my favorite was the makeup I picked up!

First is the e.l.f. (eyes face lips) Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 (Target and here)
I wasn't sure how I felt about it at first, once it absorbed it was very nice. Its light, not greasy at all and it blends nicely. I used it as a base for the foundation. I used e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation SPF 15 (Target and here). The two work very nice together. I LOVE them. I will be using these in my daily makeup bag from now on. I originally thought about purchasing and trying Two Faced foundation however they would have been $68 dollars and I just really couldn't justify that. I used Covergirl concealer (I wanted to get the e.l.f. concealer but they didn't have any in my shade). I'm pretty happy with the way they worked together. It hid the circles and unwanted flaws under the eyes ;) (you can find it at Target or here). To seal everything on my face I used the e.l.f. Clarifying Pressed Powder. (Target and here). UGH LOVE! It's a satin-like finish, you don't have fly away powder everywhere. I just love the finished look it leaves and I don't feel or look chalky! Then to finish the face look I used the e.l.f. Blush in Twinkle Pink (Target and here). I've never really been a blush person.. I hated being pink all the time but I decided to try some again. I love this, it looks very bright in the box but on the cheek its very translucent so you don't get the super pink look unless you build it up. Also, all of the brushes I used were e.l.f. brushes which were a dollar each at target and here, on their website!! SCORE! And they are very soft and worked amazing!) Okay, there is the face.

Like I said. Horrible pictures. But they will have to do for now.

Also, my new super favorite mascara.. Covergirl LashBlast 24 hour in very black (Target and here). I love how long and thick and gorgeous my lashes look!

About this blog - In short.

So in my spare time, I like to style my hair and make-up different ways. Then of course, a few days later I forget how I did it. Instead of trying to remember it all on my own I've decided to blog about it.

I'll add descriptions, How To's, and pictures. Sometimes they may be step by step and sometimes just the finished project. Stick around to see how it goes :)
